Originally from Laredo, TX, I moved to Houston a year ago and have been enjoying all that this vibrant city has to offer. I'm a proud mom of four wonderful kids, and when I'm not working, I love spending quality time with them-whether it's taking them on fun outings or enjoying a shopping spree together. I'm passionate about providing excellent service and ensuring that every patient has a positive experience. I'm excited to continue growing in my career while balancing family life and all the adventures that come with it!

Hi my name is Anaesther, I'm a passionate dental professional with six years of experience in the field, constantly learning and growing through treatment planning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, attending concerts, and spending time with my Chihuahua, Thor, who always keeps me on my toes. I'm dedicated to both my career and personal life, always seeking new ways to balance my love for the dental field with my interests and the joy of being a dog mom.

After high school, I decided to pursue a career in dental assisting, a field I've now been dedicated to for over eight years.I have a son and on my free time we enjoy spending time together by going shopping.When I'm not working or spending time with my son, I'm an avid Houston Astros fan.

Hello everyone my name is Melissa :) With over 20 years of experience as a dental assistant, I have developed a deep passion for dentistry and the impact it has on people's lives. I am happily married and a proud parent of four children, which adds to my sense of fulfillment. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures. I thrive in environments where teamwork, care, and support are at the forefront, and I’m grateful to work with like-minded individuals who share these values.

It's Lily, I was the very first assistant when the practice opened 17 years ago. I am a passionate dental assistant who has been fortunate to work with Dr. Hsieh and Dr. Jupio since graduating from Lamar High School in 2007, where I truly fell in love with the field of dentistry. My life is enriched as a proud boy mom of two, I strive to create a joyful environment for my sons while cherishing the time spent with my husband. We love movie nights in and also enjoy occasional outings together for a fun date. Balancing my career and home life is an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for the amazing support I receive from my family and my wonderful bosses.

I’m a passionate and energetic dental assistant with over a decade of experience, dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and at ease in the dental chair. Since 2009, I’ve loved being part of the journey that turns anxious patients into confident ones, ensuring they leave with brighter smiles and renewed confidence. I have been part Nova Dental Care team since 2013 and look forward to many more years with this amazing team.

Being a happy wife and a proud mom of four amazing boys, my life is a whirlwind of chaos and joy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I cherish God, family time and love exploring all the fun and vibrant events Houston has to offer. At the same time, I enjoy sneaking away for fun work trips to continue my education and grow knowledge in my career.

When I’m not busy with work or family, you’ll find me diving into music, watching documentaries, or enjoying movies based on true stories. Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year, I go all out with decorating, even transforming my car into a holiday masterpiece. I also love adding a touch of fun to life with my collection of quirky, playful earrings.

Whether it’s helping patients, making memories with my family, or spreading a little festive cheer, I always strive to bring energy, warmth, and joy to everything I do!

Our Administrative leader of our private practice Nova Dental Care is Alexander. He is a Naval Submarine Sailor Veteran who served honorably and who has been in the dental field for over a decade of experience as a Dental Office Manager, Finance Manager, Director of Finance and now the Director of Operations at Nova Dental Care. He enjoys traveling overseas, training his body with alternative methods like traditional Martial Arts, learning more about the scientific relationships that Dentistry has with the rest of our vital organs, and is a big nerd at heart with a love for anime, anything Sci-Fi. He prides himself on merging empathy, financial transparency and clinical integrity while always being able to help our patients overcome the main four challenges faced everyday. Fear of the Service, Fear of the investment, Fear of the amount of time invested, Fear of trusting a Dental Facility.  He always prioritizes a patient's safety, peace of mind and trust above all else.
